CTL appoints Regional Business Development Manager for CIS & Baltic regions

Card Tech Limited (CTL), a UK-based leader in the global payments industry, today announced the appointment of Saulius Kiskis as Regional Business Development Manager for CIS & Baltic regions.
 
As part of CTL's focused business expansion strategy which helped the company to achieve solid growth in excess of 20% last year, Saulius will concentrate on expanding CTL's licensing client base and operations in the region.
 
Saulius has an extensive background in the payment cards, banking and telecommunications sectors, having held a number of leading roles including that of Payment Card Department Director at SEB Vliniaus Bankas. With an in-depth understanding of banking needs, Saulius will be in a unique position to consult with banks on issues relating to EMV mandates, cross-border issuing and acquiring, SEPA card framework compliance, as well as the latest innovative card solutions from CTL.
