The User Group 2002 marked the 10th Anniversary of this event. It took place at the Coral Beach Hotel and Resort, in Cyprus. The topic for 2002 was "Winning Strategies". The conference focused on best practices for implementing strategic card programmes, covering fraud and commercial card management in depth. It consolidated the explanation of new technologies, which we presented at the last two conferences. 

Presentations by world-renowned speakers from American Express, MasterCard and Visa were given. There were also independent speakers from major banks in Europe and Asia, who offered case studies of successful business strategies.
