A PRIME example: Issuer

PRIME Issuer is one of the most flexible card management products in the world. The system cost-effectively supports portfolios from under 30,000 to well over 1,000,000 cards. It is installed in almost fifty banks around the world, plus TSYS Card Tech's own processing centres in London and Nicosia.

The issuing side of PRIME was designed to make essential, everyday tasks error-free, fast and simple: applications, customer queries and processing, for example, present no problem.

PRIME can support just about any card programme you can think of. It has been used for proprietary card programmes, American Express 'T&E' programmes, MasterCard Corporate and Visa Horizon, to mention just a few. 

PRIME modules extend the issuing system's capabilities. They provide enhanced scoring facilities for better decisions and a faster turnaround of applications; they enhance the efficiency of PRIME's strong risk control features by automating much of the system's collections functionality; and they let you offer reward programmes, credit card payments in instalments and special accounts dedicated to loans.
